Assessment Payments

Ways to Pay KROC Monthly Assessments
The monthly assessment rate for 2023 is $67.60 for condominiums and apartment owners and $116.85 for townhouse, duet, and single-family homeowners. There are several options when it comes to making your Kingstowne Residential Owners Corporation (KROC) monthly assessment payment.

1. Direct Debit
  • Assessment payments are automatically taken out of your bank account.
  • Monthly assessment payments are automatically adjusted to the new rate each year.
To enroll, fill out a Direct Deposit form and send it to SFMC. Click here to download the form.

2. Coupon Booklets
  • Assessment payments are made by manually writing checks.
  • Allow time for the postal service to deliver your payment by the first of each month.
If you do not receive a booklet, please contact SFMC, Inc. at (703) 392-6006. Owners are still responsible for making payments on time regardless of a coupon booklet being received.
